Welcome to ReviewTap Malta. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and smart review tags. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description
ReviewTap Malta provides smart review tags and a feedback system that allows businesses to collect customer ratings and reviews through contactless tap or QR scanning.
Core Features Include:
- Tap-to-review technology
- 1–5 star rating system
- Smart Review Routing
- Monthly reports
- Customized feedback pages
- Customer support via email or chat
3. Plans & Billing
We offer the following subscription plans, billed yearly:

All prices exclude VAT. Optional premium plexiglass tags are available at a one-time fee of €5 each.
Free Visit Setup
New users can request a free on-site setup, subject to availability in Malta.
4. User Responsibilities
By subscribing to ReviewTap Malta, you agree to:
- Use the tags and services only for lawful purposes.
- Not tamper with or misuse the tags or feedback flow.
- Respect privacy when viewing private customer feedback.
- Not attempt to manipulate or fake reviews using third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and any activity under your account.
5. Smart Routing
Our technology routes:
- Positive ratings (usually 4 or 5 stars) to your public Google review page.
- Neutral or negative ratings (1–3 stars) to a private feedback channel sent only to your designated email.
This system is automated and is intended to help businesses manage public reputation while improving service quality through private insights.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel, email [email protected] at least 7 days before your renewal date.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and tag designs used by ReviewTap Malta are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the property of ReviewTap Malta. You may not duplicate, sell, or distribute any part of the system without express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReviewTap Malta is not liable for:
- Any loss of business, data, or revenue due to service interruption or customer misuse.
- Content of the reviews submitted by customers.
- Third-party issues (e.g., Google Business Profile moderation or restrictions).
Our total liability in any matter related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to the collection and use of data as outlined there.
10. Modifications to Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services, features, and these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malta.
